DESCRIPTION:The “Embracing Neurodiversity” presentation provides a neuro-affirming overview of neurodiversity\, including Autism Spectrum Disorder\, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder\, and other neurodivergent profiles and traits. Participants will gain insight into common diagnoses\, related mental health considerations\, available services and supports\, and practical\, strengths-based approaches for supporting neurodivergent individuals. This webinar creates a welcoming space for learning\, reflection\, and open dialogue in a supportive environment.\n\nEmbracing Neurodiversity. Empowering Minds.\n\nSpencer Neurodiversity is a mental health and wellness practice that specializes in supporting individuals and families experiencing neurodiversity\, mental health\, and behavioral concerns. We offer a unique blend of psychotherapy and skill development\, emphasizing an understanding of neurodiverse perspectives and experiences. Our services are designed to empower individuals and families to navigate neurodiversity\, manage mental health and behavioral challenges\, develop essential life skills\, and advocate for their needs within a supportive and inclusive environment. Cindy Spencer is a Licensed Clinical Counselor\, Board Certified Behavior Analyst\, and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
